How it works
Predicts the conflict
The system looks seconds ahead and sees when two booms will come too close.
Brakes gradually
The slew slows down before the zone line, instead of an emergency stop on the line.
Learns the warning time
After each approach, the system adjusts how early it starts to brake.
Why it matters
Fewer emergency stops means less wear, less downtime and calmer operators.
From concept to reality
A real system needs sensor data from the cranes, integration with the crane control system and safety certification. We build that with the client.
Note
Concept simulation. Not a certified safety system and not for use on real cranes.
